In this weeks interview I sit down with Adam Longacre and Garret Conley from Unhitched Brewing Company. We talked about how Unhitched was born from an idea that the community of Louisville, Ohio needed a gathering place that served great beer and delicious food. Adam told me about the history of the building they are currently in and how opening a brewery also spurred a couple other businesses within the community. The head brewer Garret Conley discussed his love of Saisons and Lagers. He took us on a very informative deep dive of knowledge gathering while discussing his creations.
