In episode 26 I discuss my first ever double brew day, and I rail against Goose Island Bourbon County and people standing in long lines waiting to buy it. This week's interview took place at The Phoenix Brewing Company in Mansfield, OH. I had the pleasure of sitting down with Duncan and Carmone Macfarlane to discuss the six years of success that they have enjoyed in a former mortuary. We sample some really delicious beers including Santa Muerte, which is an amazing Mexican Stout. And of course we discuss the impact that the pandemic has had on the business.
