This week I travel to Market Garden Brewery in Cleveland, Ohio. My guests were Sam McNulty and Patrick Daniels. Sam is the owner of the Market Garden Brewery and Pat is the director of brewing at MGB. We discussed the inception of the Market Garden Brewery located in the Ohio City area of Cleveland, Ohio. We also talked extensively about water chemistry, brewing processes, brewery expansion, and what breweries need to do to set themselves apart from a rapidly growing craft beer market, not just in Ohio, but across the country. The beers we sampled during the interview were a Czech Pilsner, Hefeweizen, IPA, and freshly canned 3-hour old Hazy IPA. All of which were delicious.

- Prosperity Wheat – Hefeweizen 6% ABV
- Citramax – American IPA 7.4%
- Cosmic Haze – Hazy IPA 8.5%
