This week I travel to Forest City Brewery in Cleveland, Ohio. My guests were Jay Demagall and Matt Smedley. Jay is the co-owner and founder of Forest City Brewery while Matt is the lead brewer. Forest City Brewery is in the Duck Island are of Cleveland which borders Tremont and Ohio City. During the show Jay took us on a little historical journey of Cleveland and how the brewery got its name. We also discussed some big plans that the brewery has in the works for 2023, and of course we talked about one of their best features which is their amazing outside biergarten space. At the end of the interview, we discussed a variety of hot topics in the craft beer world. While all this talk was happening, we of course were drinking some pretty fantastic beer.
