In this episode I discuss my vacation as well as my plans for the podcast moving forward in 2021. In the news I talk about Ohio’s great showing at GABF, Heineken being find in the UK, and the massive can shortage the country is currently facing. In the interview segment I travel to Akron, Ohio and meet up with co-owner and head brewer of Eighty-Three Brewery, Chris Surak. We discuss how he went from homebrewer to brewery owner, and the impact that Covid has had on his business. We try some of his fantastic beers including a pumpkin stout, an amazing NEIPA, a refreshing Pilsner, and I enjoy my first Grodziskie beer.
